Not confusing - It's being suggested that it happened before he took delivery. Cars come damaged sometimes and the dealer must repair them. "IF" there is more work required to install the wrong light, it's not likely it was a factory mistake, is what they are saying.
It's an oddity, IMO - not...
Includes dog bones.
Couple edges were polished through the clear coat - cant really see in pictures. It looks pretty good but if you want perrrfect, it should be painted.
prefer not to ship. Tampa, FL area.
$2500
You just made a lot of things up. I’m not sure why you’re fixated on me having sold it (again)..
I’ll break it down for you. I’m not poo pooing anything. There’s nothing inherently wrong with a multi owner car. There are many factors that influence what a buyer is willing to pay for a car...
Very likely never. I have a couple projects in me and I'm looking forward to it. Because of how good the R is, I would also never be able to buy any other sports car out there....especially when they are more money. Pretty much ruined me for newish performance cars. Once you've had...
Autotrader is where it sold. Out of all the platforms, fewer BS tire kickers there. I don't want to share publicly what the sale price was (I believe the owner is registered here) but it was not bargain basement - appropriate for the car.
How did I know this would turn from a "what are they worth" to an opinion about how everyone is asking too much.
It's amusing that people who hunt down that single best internet price and then quote it over and over as what the market must be...actually never buy a GT350 anyway.
I sold my R...
PS - I remember plenty of posts and this IS your MO. You have that weird thing where you cant help but slip in your predisposed opinion while disguising your comments as constructive or inquisitive.
Your car is special... in fact, I would have bought an M1 if the GT350 did not exist.
And when you've been called out and are clearly being a douche, it's 2024 best practice to turn it on someone else, like you have done. I did think about it, and read a few follow-ups and the direction is clear. You have a great car, it's OK.
Love when others like to bolster their purchase decisions by starting these types of conversations. People are so dumb to need this type of thing to make themselves feel good.
If you didn't buy a GT350 or 500, you bought an inferior Mustang, get over it ;)
Evidence - where are there any GT350...
My wife has an 01 Cobra.. When they first started leaking GT350 info (before we knew the name), I hoped it would be called SVT Cobra again. I do think there's a good chance it will return. After owning a GT350R (2) - it would need to be pretty special for me to be interested.
You make a good argument for use cases where specific funtionality is required but most people who buy these are just catalog surfing and replacing stuff because they can (it's the Mustang aftermarket way) and sometimes under the marketing or fear-factor guise from a vendor, that the product is...
I missed the posts showing how the OE ones failed? I vote for a simple, clean OE engine bay.
Just because you can, doesn't mean you should but someone will happily sell you a part to put anywhere you like.
First - if you’re buying from shady used car dealers then sure / otherwise, you’re wrong.. same for every state. Second - as a car enthusiast, if you’re buying a car without seeing it, you’re dumb, no matter what state it is.
