I am in love with the new mustang, however, every time I look at videos/pics of the mustang, I can't help but notice the cheap looking reverse light they just stuck at the bottom because they didn't have any place for it! Does any one else feel this way??

I think it's there for global standards, since the BRZ, 370Z, and a few others have the same thing.

Euro spec and no it doesnt bother me because it will be useful, and more importantly comply with global standards

Not sure how it looks "cheap" but I think it looks fine. It will probably also serve as the rear foglight in Europe also.

I like it for the fact that it looks like you might actually be able to see something more than a few feet behind you at night.

Cleans up the look on the taillights and will probably illuminate better. So, nope.

Don't have any problem with it. I like how it's a bit different.

I like the reverse light down at the bottom like that. Reminds me of the 67' I used to have with the reverse lights at the bottom of the bumper like that.

I'm good with it, I think it looks nicely integrated in the rear design. So happy they lost the fake gas cap!!!

This video shows the reverse light in action. I'm not extremely excited by it's placement, it's a little too low. Might be overlooked during the day... like if you're backing out of a space that you can't see from, and some jackhole isn't paying attention and doesn't see the light and won't stop or slow down in the parking lot.
