Lets say in 10 years you want to replace it, if you apply over the stripes, any risk of pulled the stripes up as well?

Mine is finally scheduled but the guy is so busy its not for another 2 weeks. Going with the full front end from the mirrors forward, suntek film, custom application

If there is a risk, maybe a layer of ceramic coating(Opticoat/Cquartz) over everything first, creating a layer of 'clearcoat' over the stripes and paint, and preventing direct contact? Just a theory.

I really want the stripes, but it just seems like a pain in the ass to take care of.

There is a possibility that they may since they are not real vinyl and silk screened look mine came off during washing the car with a pressure washer we have removed lots of PPF off stripes and nothing happened if you are worried about it when the time comes trim the stripes and only remove around them.

Yeah I got headlights front bumper. Pretty much everything fenders forward. You really have to stop and look to know it's got the clear bra
