tbh i have clients in your neck of the woods I went down once never again it was horrible. 1. Are these available as a catless option (I know they do them but do you guys do them)?

2. Will they bolt straight to a Ford Racing by Borla Sport Catback system?

3. Assuming the answer to the above is yes, is there a resonator or somesuch that I can easily swap in for the annual euro-roadtrip as I'm pretty sure 2.5K miles over a couple of weeks will likely have me regretting going catless? :lol:

1. We're not offering the catless option at this point.
2. No - you would need to do some modification to match up to a Borla or similar cat back.
3. No, so so.
4. Fitting for headers is £396. Fitting for the cat back is £99 (inc VAT)

When I was speaking to tuners about headers buddy, they all actually advised against de-cats.

Stating de-cats do make some additional power, but only when at WOT at the expense of power on partial throttle and loses some torque. As such they said for a daily car they advice keeping cats as it gives nicer driving, the cars sensors perform as they should to keep all in check.

They said the only time they would advice de-cat would be on a race car for 1/4 or race circuit that spends most of its time at WOT.

100 cel is the best option for maximum power whilst keeping drive ability, should be fine for MOT, if not let GT101 MOT it for you. ;)


As long as MY18 is not changed on the header side, I shall be getting a set of these from GT101 for my MY18 if no other options are available by then.

Any info on fitment of the cat back in a convertible? There's a bit less clearance and with bolted flanges, less room to manoeuvre. Can't find any reference to a vert on their website. Thanks [MENTION=13889]djone101[/MENTION] ,my shopping list is getting longer

Ah, answered my own question. AM website states it doesn't fit convertibles :(
