There are some good refurbs at a decent price on ebay. Only difference I've seen is the inner barrel is fully painted black. otherwise look brand new. I bought 2 so that I can run 9.5 on all 4 corners.

I tried contacting this guy a couple of times and got no response. Since I only needed the rears, I ended up buying two refurbs and they should be here today.
