Unpainted is a significant preference...but in the unlikely event that someone had an un-used SHADOW BLACK (or Gloss Black or w/e) I might consider that.

Not looking for ANY other scoop than the above.

They're easy to find online (new), but the price is a bit beyond my budget, so I'm hoping for gently-used or bought-but-never-installed.

I just bought mine from Tasca. Paid $387 shipped for Oxford White. Did not look into an unpainted but they are generally $100 less.

Yep - the best I've found so far is $284, but I don't wanna spend that much on this part.

I would wager unpainted. I'm swinging back towards the MMD V-series again...If I do a scoop. I like the looks, but I hate things that don't function...

And I like the MMD too, but it requires drilling. :(

Don't get me wrong - I've drilled the odd hole in my time; it's not the physical act of drilling holes. I just don't want to drill holes in the hood of my car when I can get exactly, precisely what I want WITHOUT drilling holes in the hood of my car.

And I hear you re: the lack of functionality. In certain cases this would be a game-changer for me as well. But -- in my mind -- this particular piece was always intended to be purely for show. I am perfectly okay with it.

I'm going to be removing the hood latch assembly and installing Aerocatch hood pins before next season, just so I don't have to deal with reaching in and popping the hood all the damn time. I ended up doing this on my Evo-X and it surprisingly made my life easier if I left the key fob elsewhere, I could still gain access to the engine bay.

I digress, but since I am going to be cutting and drilling anyway, then if you are going to be a bear be a grizzly.
