We (wife and I) are seriously looking to buy a 19/20 Bullitt or a 23ish Mach 1 Blue. Must be a 6-speed and preferably stock or (maybe) light mods. We currently have a one previous owner 2006 Roush Stage 2 with 24k miles Black with white stripes 5-speed that we will part with after we get the Bullitt or Mach. Been looking at Bullitt(s) since they first came out and it's time to pull the trigger on one. Please contact me if you have one or know where one is available. We live in S.W. Pennsylvania but will travel anywhere in the states (or Canada) for the right car. Been a Mustang fan since 1964 but didn't get our first until 05. Wife (in a previous life) had a 72 Grand Torino Sport and a 72 Mach 1 prior to us meeting so definitely a Ford Girl :)

Thank you for your help :) I should have stated Velocity Blue, but nevertheless I am sure that we would want the 700 package at minimum. We were pretty sure we wanted a Bullitt, but also remembered seeing the Velocity Blue Mach 1 on display and really like it as well. Now that we are ready to pull the trigger on something, we have even considered the Eruption Green as a candidate. Problem is, I am a custom wheel enthusiast and the wheels that I like on the Mach 1 are called (I think) birds nest? As a result, I'm sure that will severely limit our choices. Again, thanks for looking out for me and best of luck on your search.

No problem, on the wheel side, LMR and Ford racing both offer the birds nest wheels. I agree also on getting the 700 package. I did not find the base cloth near as comfortable as my Mach 1s leather comfort seats. Good luck on your search!

Well, We pulled the trigger (no pun intended) on a 2019 Bullitt. One owner, low miles and well kept. We are awaiting the title so we can apply for a vanity plate. Weather here near Pittsburgh has been rainy and gloomy, so we haven't had much chance to enjoy it BUT WE WILL!!! Thanks for the help in our search (we found one here in the Pittsburgh area). We will be out this spring and summer and wife is itching to get behind the wheel and have some left-seat time. :) Been reading through the owners manual and have just a few more pages to go. See you guys out there, Al

Any plans to hit the Mother Road (Route 66)? That’s something I want to do in the near future, but it probably won’t be in the Bullitt, as it’s too heavily modified and that jaunt may be too much for it.

No current plans, however did do a part of it many years ago. We might take the BULLITT to a CRUSIN THE COAST event in Mississippi this fall. We love the Alabama Gulf Coast and would tie a visit in with the Miss. event. Whitest sand beaches and best seafood anywhere. We like all kinds of collector vehicles and attend many events every year.
