Wrench Light

Guys, I am new to this forum and have a question concerning my 2016 GT w/roush supercharger. The yellow wrench light came on today while driving along with a reduction in power. Anyone else experience this issue? HELP PLEASE:frusty::frusty:

Any codes? It's possibly the Throttle Position Sensor. Was the supercharger installed by the dealer? Car should be under warranty regardless.

Supercharger was installed at Brenspeed, but I am not the original owner. I have only had the car a week. Not sure how to find the codes. Nothing in the owners manual mentions the wrench light that I can find.

Do you have access to a scan tool? If not, go to a local parts store like Autozone and they will read the codes for you.

You can buy a code reader on Amazon for 25 bucks and up

The wrench light is a drivetrain trouble code light. I had an intermittent wrench light for the trans output shaft speed sensor. The light has to be on for you to get the code read with a dtc scanner however the dealership was able to pull the code and replaced the speed sensor under warranty. No problems since.

Thanks everyone for your help with the wrench light. Drove around all day with no issues. Will call my local dealer tomorrow to figure this out. Very odd Ford would create this icon and have no mention of it in the owners manual.

Whatever happened with your situation? I too have a supercharger and got a random wrench light today. Had just started the car, it idled for a minute then sputtered then died, wrench light came on. 15 minutes later started up fine and drove 30 miles no issues.
