You have had the same problem all along.. a pcm, tune, throttlebody, harness, pedal, bap, etc has been changed trying to fix the same problem. How about you spend the couple hundred, drop it off to someone qualified to diagnose it, and get it diagnosed instead of throwing more parts at it?

Ive been to a couple of repbutable shops around the area plus Ford. Not a simple problem. I've spent a couple $1000 already. Car is saying these are the problems but once we replace those problems it still says..... this is the problem. Only think left to change is P0A5B/alternator. After that I have no idea

Don't get me wrong, I don't think you have a simple problem. I also have never even contemplated throwing that many parts at a problem that only started after a motor was replaced. I just worked on a trailblazer that had been to a couple shops, had no throttle response, a/c didn't work, and dtc's for accelerator pedal, fuel pressure sensor... bunch of parts replaced, several times. Ended up being a shorted secondary air combination valve. There is a common problem with your car, someone needs to sit down and figure it out.

I feel like I need to put the car on the dyno. No WOT pulls just maybe if the cars on the dyno and the car throws a wrench light maybe the tuner can see it in real time if that makes sense.

Drove all the way home 60 miles with the cruise control no wrench. Acceraleted all the way to 100mph using the cruise control + button no wrench. As soon as I hit the gas pedal... once I turn cruise control off... wrench light WTF!!!!. There has got to be something else that controls the throttle body beside the ECU. Another module somewhere or something. Taking it to Ford Monday. I need a blueprint of this car.

Lund said it's not the tune. They did another data log. Lund said "some thing is jacked up with this here that's out of our control with a tune. looking over the last logs with Dakota, idle was fine but on this here the throttle is wigging out. Its trying to open to nearly 5 degrees with no throttle input and looking over the last logs from you and Dakota idle was no were near this. We'll need to look over the car with this to see whats going on with the TPS"

If you really don't think theres a wiring issue I would try swapping out the throttle body and gas pedal. The gas pedal sensor goes to the ECU then the ECU tells the throttle body to open the amount commanded. There's really no other module in the loop there.

Yep. You guys were right, it was a wiring issue. My charge pipe was resting on a couple of wires and it looks like they were touching each other. It's the pipe that comes out of the blower on the passenger side .Just drove it to and from myrtle beach for mustang week. I'll try and post a pic of the wires that was causing all my issues. It was messing with my A/c as well. I would drive the car, all of a sudden my a/c would get warm then cold again. Took it to ford and they found the problem in less than an hour. Had this problem for two months. Glad it's over.

Please post. I am having some electrical issues as well and even if it doesn't fix mine it is good for searches.

Yeah I checked my grounds and they all look intact so I think it is time to tear things apart and find the bare wire(s).
