Ford delivered another HP Mach 1 early today in the 505. I can confirm that the local dealership here did not know that the Front Wheel Lip Moldings came separately to the parts department. So I got to go back this Friday for them to finish the front splitter, gurney flap, and wheel moldings.

But man this thing is a dream machine compared to my 2015 50th anniversary ride. Just everything feels like a complete upgrade in every way - plus a heated steering wheel????

My wife calls them now the twinsies. Sounds awful, but man they do look good together. Had a good sized crowd after we left the dealership and drove to one of our local watering holes. I can't stop smiling inside and out. Where has the car been my whole life?

I certainly will update this post with more pics once the final pieces are added. That appointment is Friday.

Thursday is all about the PPT. I am waiting to see what the shops recommends with where to cover. For sure the entire front and anywhere there is paint. The hoodbut not sure if any of the Mach 1 stripe should be covered at all (thinking not), mirrors, and maybe some on the lower panel right before the back wheels and the trunk deck. Anyone with thoughts on that?

Ford pass points should cover most of the window tint cost, so I will do that soon (the NM sun is no joke to cars).

I also am not a big fan of the hood prop, so thinking that needs to go. There have been multiple threads around those, so thanks to everyone with their experience with them.

I had heard about another Mach 1 floating around Abq. I did not get a chance to go to cars and coffee this last weekend as I decided to catch some high school baseball instead, but maybe if the car is ready to go this weekend I will be there. Look forward to meeting up at some point and seeing your ride. I love all the color choices folks are getting. I just love white as I can keep it looking clean and it ages pretty well.

Congrats, and I totally agree on the comparison of the 2015 and Mach 1. I added Power Pack 2 to my 2015 GT Premium (with 50th APP also) and so the power and torque are familiar, but the handling and the response of the A10 are definitely a huge step forward.
