Wire connection hanging low?

I was admiring my new GT Premium Convertible and saw this wire connection hanging next to the oil pan. Is this normal or did it come loose from somewhere? It seems very exposed, and like someone could just unplug it to be a @#$%!

If anyone sees this:
1) It's the wire to the oxygen sensor
2) It's well attached at both ends
3) It's supposed to be here

Looks like it's attached to the metal shield, so I'd say per drawing.
