My 5.0 stays on a rack all winter. Sorry for the skate pic, but it's the only one I have handy.

Anyway, my Mustang is not sleeping under that cover.... it's WAITING.
Nice garage! I see there is a whole other rack of cars in the background. Looks like a good place to spend the winter.

About all the snow we've seen all year here.

OP's Mustang in 5 years......

This is the fear, of course. The way I think of it is if I'd spent the money on a new Accord, I'd throw winter tires on it and drive it without question. I'm not opposed to rwd in winter, I'm likely not going to keep this car forever, and having a second car and no garage is more of an inconvenience than a convenience sometimes.

Here's my girl. 255/45 Blizzaks on all four corners.

I put my Corsa Sport on a few nights ago and the only visible impact from the salty roads was actually the OEM catback. Hopefully the Corsa holds up better.

I have a garage but daily drive my Mustang so I put snow tires on it and haven't had any issues yet. It also hasn't really snowed too much so we will see should that happen. Reading all the posts does make me feel confident that it will be okay :)

Got caught in a freak sleet storm in Colorado - it was drizzling in 25 degree weather, causing the roads to become ice rinks. The roads looked like the frozen roof of my car. Between my all season tires, weather mode, and manual trans letting me keep the RPMs in the 1K-3K range, I made it slowly home.

I've got to say, Mustangs are in no way considered winter cars as you know so looking at all of your Mustangs in the snow, they just look beautifully out of place and I love it. Thanks to everyone for sharing! Keep it coming!

First snowfall, a fresh oil change and into the garage, but I did notice some tears under her left eye. ;) Maybe next winter...

Right there with you guys. Bought my mustang in FL but moved to SLC 2 months ago. Slapped a set of new 235/50/18 Blizzaks on all 4 and she handles the snow/ice much better than I expected. Honestly, almost as well as our FWD explorer with blizzaks. She's my daily and was never destined to be a classic - I drive my car and enjoy it. No garage queens in my future lol

So we had a Blizzard that shut down the city for 2 days.

Here are the results post storm.

Believe it or not, there is a Mustang under there.

Made it to the door.

Again, there is a Mustang under there I swear.

Bonus photo, snowfall from the other day gave my 2015 the 2018 Facelifted headlights.
