It's what I used when I was doing the map. I didn't want it to get out because Ford will surely "fix" the problem when they find out about it.

Just open the PDF in a reader and then drag the sides of the window to resize. As it redraws the PDF image, it shows the hidden fields.

Enjoy, cause it won't be there much longer...
