I agree with them wanting more money. The dealer lost mine, I paid about 40 to get a replacement.

The dealer destroyed mine delivering the car from another dealer. Literally crumpled it up and threw it on the passenger floor after I insisted on the importance to make sure it arrives in mint condition for me to keep. I have asked and asked without getting any help.
