Are you using pts / oasis? I enter the vin then go to vehicle info and click on the window sticker link. If so it’s weird I was able to get the sticker and you weren’t

Weird. This is what mine looks like and the link I click. I work with a Ford dealership and I access the stuff via https://www.fmcdealer.dealerconnection.com/.
