Is anyone getting drivers side windnoise at highway speed? Has anyone had the dealer track it down and fixed it? Looks like it's sealing around the window ok. Thanks

Mine's fine. Could be anything from the rubber all the way around the door to something in the mirror, like a misaligned gasket. Make sure the window goes all the way up like it's supposed to. Sometimes it can lose its memory and needs to be reset.

There will normally be a very slight wind noise with the windows up if you're at highway speeds with the radio off. But if it's anything above a slight muffle then it could be leakage as mentioned above.

Yes, I had wind noise around the driver window as well. I couldn't really tell where it was coming from. A troubleshooter at the dealership drove it with me and determined it was coming from around the lower front corner of the window. There's a triangle shaped piece with various weather stripping pieces coming together. They replaced at least one of those gaskets and the wind noise has been reduced.

I've got the same exact issue and went through the same troubleshooting steps as well. The gasket's apparently on backorder so I'm still waiting for that to resolve the wind noise.

i had wind noise the day i bought the car... i always thought it was the weatherstrip or something..... while waxing the car i noticed a very small pin hole in rubber calking they use in the area the windshield, roof and door meet. i believe the strip is a water drain or something. last week i brought it to the dealer and sure enough the wind noise was that small pin hole....

come to find out its a very common issue. my dealer said ford addressed the issue in nov or dec of 2014 and all cars built after that should be fine... well my car was built in feb of 2015 and still had the issue. just something to look out for, there is a tsb on it.

My car was built the last week of March.I couldn't find any holes, and I'm supposed to take it in and have a tech go with me to try to locate the noise. It seems it's coming from the triangle piece in the corner of the door.

IF you take it in, make sure you call ahead. The Ford dealer I use only has the weather stripping and leaks guy there once a week.

I noticed that wind noise as well. Not a big deal but does sound like the window is not all the way up when going 55+. I have a 2016 GT built in April

My 15GT had no wind noise at all, my 17350 has bad wind noise around the front of the driver's side window. Eventually I'll get around to having it looked at.
