I have no idea why someone thinks that a forum would be ruined when people like me, do not like salesman asking over MSRP? Don't get me wrong. There are people out there, they would pay a lot more money, only to get a collector car. Jay Leno would be one of this people. But I think he has already one and got it for free, because he is Jay Leno. If a dealer in Edmonton would get a Mustang LE, it would be nice to see it. But for a daily driver? I don't have that money to through it out of the window. And yes! A sales guy can ask if someone would pay $10,000 over MSRP - but he has also to deal with the answers he gets. And in the mustang6g forum are a lot people they know Mustang prices. So I am not surprised that some members including me asking if he is joking around. Specially in the USA, people should look at there dollars. Car dealers and banks do not have the best name after 2008. A lot of poor people lost everything because they believed what car dealers and banks told them. Ended up with a big meld down.
*But yes. Times are good now again and you should pay much more than the car has on "value". No bank should finance that - but hey - I am sure we can "fix" the income on the bank form again. :tsk:
I can only say that customers should be more careful what they signing.:threadjacked:
