I swapped out wheels just because I wanted a different look than all the other pp cars. I still have my pp wheels in the garage.
That is the exact reason I want to get rid of mines as well and I want 20 inch rims too. I will admit they do look really nice though on my DIB :)

Black wheels are just ugly. They remind me of the stupid little spare wheels. Silver is best, but colors such as gunmetal, titanium, or nickel are great. The ugly gloss black wheels are one of the reasons I did NOT go for the PP. PP is a $1800 option. This will go towards some nice wheels. Yes I will not have the suspension advantages of the PP. But I will go with the Steeda handling package.

I replaced it due to the weight. A set of same size tsw bathurst replacement saved 46lbs over the stock PP wheel.
46 lbs of rotational mass is huge! This will make a very noticeable difference in handling and feel of the car.

i went with heavier, wider, better looking wheels that are easier to clean. plus most people buy the GT PP so they don't help you stand out from a crowd.

also, the offsets suck and they are so sunken in, especially if you plan on lowering the car.

I personally love black wheels. IMO They make the car look much more aggressive.

I prefer the GT350 wheels better, but the PP wheels are fine with me on Silver or White cars.

Most people do not get the performance package. I would argue that more people get an auto than manual in 2015 and then out of those who do get the manual only maybe half of them will get the performance pack.

This forum is not representative of the real world statistics obviously

Heavy. Black (played out IMO). PITA to clean, plus OEM pads that dust like a Saharan haboob. Got them out of my storage shed. Plus I sold them for half again as much as a set of MMD Zevens cost me.

If I didn't already get some wheels this is exactly what I'd be getting but in black of course. Lol
Your car looks outstanding with the Velgen's. It is a match made in heaven.

I have bounced around on some many wheels that I like, it is crazy. Never had a problem trying to pick wheels for a freaking car:D

Larger diameter, wider, bigger tires, and I still saved about 20lbs over stock.

i like the velgen too but 7 spokes are more pleasing to the eye since they are an odd number. weird thing how the brain works.

I sure hope you went with a MUCH higher offset than what is pictured lol. They'll never clear Brembo's. (im sure you know this)

Hey, man, are those the deep concave or super deep concave? I am STILL waiting for mine to be shipped. It has become a rather frustrating process. :(

LOL...Yeah, we will. Those are just some stock photos showing the 19" wheels.
