Why No Christmas Present Thread … ?

Here's my Christmas gift.
Beautiful, but sad at the same time. Sad, because I find it really disheartening to see how many great automobile creators there used to be, and what unbelievably gorgeous things they were able to make, only to be left today with a couple of soulless corporations that sell a handful of dreary appliances which are all the same save for the badges.
The world must have been such a beautiful place back then...

What's funny is that they seem to have realized at some point that the title was a bit too ambitious, since 99.999% of us mere mortals will never have the chance to even see these jewels in the flesh, let alone drive them.
So, on the first page they softened it a bit. They changed it to "1001 cars to dream of driving before you die".

Well said and true, driving home yesterday thinking. How really ugly 80% plus of these things rolling on 4 wheels are.

The reindeer hand sanitiser was bought from our seven year olds own money from the school Christmas shop
