Why doesn't Sync3 retain my settings?

The last version I had was 3.4.22251...and am now updated to 3.4.23188.

What I've noticed thus far is that it appears to be retaining my phone book and it's now displaying the album cover for the music being played...not to mention, the screen isn't locking-up and/or blacking out like it was before the update.

16saleen....not sure if this might be of any help to you, but it shows how soft-reboot/reset your SYNC screen...right at 3:00 minutes. I did this a few times last week prior to the update and it did clear things up a bit...of course the full update is surely preferable. Cheers buddy!

BTW...did you try doing the update I posted earlier via USB? I'm thinking that if it didn't work, you can do a factory reset back to your original version...if all else fails do some online/youtube research before going to the dealership. No doubt someone has had the same issue and posted the resolution online somewhere.
