This topic might be a silly given the fact that some people barely even drive their car.

Still no car but getting very close. I'm wondering how many people are parking their car outside. I'm in SoCal so no snow, no rain (lol). My garage is a little full but I'm working on it and I might have to park it outside for a little while. I use to park my Boss 302 outside and kept it covered, but I don't really want to do that with the GT350.

I park my car outside when at home as I have no garage (But it is not on the street, so it does OK), but it is underground at work.

But you are in Long Beach (I used to live there)... Do you even have street parking lol? My memories of Long BEach are driving around for 30 minutes to find a spot 2 miles from my apartment. I would not park my GT350 (If I had one) outside in Long Beach, one of the reasons I moved was because I never felt good parking my car on the street in Long Beach. Clean that crap out of your garage pronto.

Here in the hinterlands I think everyone will be parking inside. Land is cheap out here and ice/snow accumulation is not good at all for a car.

When I see a nice car in traffic and it's obvious the owner parked it outside the night before (frost or snow on windows) I immediately have the feeling that person has very messed up priorities. But that's very different in LA or NY where property is $$$$.

I have a driveway where I would park the car and it would never be on the street overnight. But you're right I need to get that crap out.

Well driveway is better than street by a long way. But the other thing you might want to consider is the a GT350 is the sort of car people might want to steal. Good luck, I do miss Long Beach outside of the awful parking.

Its a car, it will be fine. You will have to deal with the environmental conditions thus wash the car more often but that is really a preference. Having said that, If I have a garage I am definitely storing it in it.

Had new a 16 GT350 and 17 GT350
mine is in an open carport with cover on it for a few days till colder weather and snow passes. Down to 10 tomorrow night. Its a car, I'm sure it won't hurt a thing. Once streets are clear I will drive it slow till tires round out and then just drive normally. Don't expect any real problems. If there were to be any Ford would have to disclose so. And those summer tires will be just fine around town as long as the streets are dry (been there done that on 2005 GTO and no problems)

Fella down the street from me parks his white w/ ott blue outside under his shelby car cover every night. We had a snow a few days last week and the week before.

Come to think of it, I'm not sure the guy even drives his car. Even before the winter I rarely saw it not in his driveway with the cover on top.
