Guys.
Had another mishap today.
2 lanes going into 3. Traffic lights was green. I was in middle lane wanting get to get into inside Lane.
I indicated left. Checked my blind spot.
Started to move over and cars in front had stopped.

I've not checked dash cam yet.

But once car is repaired it will be part ex in. Never had an accident in 27 years. Now I've had 2 in 10 months. One I blame the tyres and this one which is totally my fault.
What with all the warranty work and waiting since February for parts etc

oh dear...... if it wasn't for bad luck, you'd have no luck at all!

Ouch! That sucks! I've seen accidents like that happen before. Not sure it would've mattered if you were driving a Mustang or a Fiesta. That's just bad luck and timing.

Hopefully it's just cosmetic and you'll be good to go. Curious how hard it is to get parts over there in the UK. My GT was rearended last year. Shop had some issues getting parts. Granted this was maybe 6 months after the S550 was released.

In any case, good luck! Out of curiosity, do they offer the auto-braking/radar cruise control/BLIS package overseas? That may have helped you in this situation although if you were changing lanes into a lane with stopped traffic, it may not have mattered.

Aw man, bad luck :(
Don't really blame you on the part-ex. I'd be thinking the car was jinxed...

Good news on the hood struts though! We will miss your investigative work with the car

No, we don't get that

That is a real shame, i guess now the car comes with some baggage so far as you are concerned, so time to move on sadly.
