Superseded by what next year? Do you know something?Doesn't it depend on your options?
I'd have to have the upgraded Magnetic suspension, otherwise you have to go quality aftermarket coilovers. I'd also want the 10speed, forged wheels and so its getting exy fast! Also I'm not sure we are getting the Performance Pack as standard in Australia, has anybody heard the official word on that? Because if that turns out as an option its getting silly for a car that's superseded next year.
I'm definitely going to wait and look at what the next version is like.
That was City ford in Zetland SydneyWhat dealer is that? Prices seem way off what my dealer was mentioning when we were having a chat last weekend.
My Gross price of $82,121.61 now reduced to $79,999.99I'll let you know if I can get a deal - they have been a bit slow getting back to me also
A while ago, they where talking about s650 hitting the states sometime 2020. That would be 21 for us. But now talk is that they will run s550 for much longer. Because there are doubts about Camaro and challenger future, ford might get away with s550 for a long time. The new Gen Camaro has been a sales disappointment for GM. Even though it's better than MY15/16/17 s550, it still couldn't challenge s550 sales. My guess now, is that we may see a major s550 overhaul/upgrade in the states 2020, which means 2021 for us.Superseded by what next year? Do you know something?
Yeah, the S650 will supersede it.
This S550 model year 2018 is going to have a very short production run and then out comes the all new 2019 S650 model
Your dealer delivery was $3k based on your last post, was there where the extra savings is again? (though that'd mean 874 dealer deliv??)My Gross price of $82,121.61 now reduced to $79,999.99
Good resultMy Gross price of $82,121.61 now reduced to $79,999.99
They did not vary any of the listed vehicle or accessory prices and applied a discount credit of about $1414 and this reduced GST, LCT and stamp duty accordingly to give me a total discount of $2121.61.............I had told them I was not paying over $80,000Your dealer delivery was $3k based on your last post, was there where the extra savings is again? I thought I would get a $1000 off the dealer delivery which apparently has been on offer from other dealers.......So not a bad outcome.......I had told them I was not paying over $80K and maybe I should have said $70K........How did you go in Brisbane ?Good result
Hi Ford 18 so $70,250 is drive away with no options i take it.At this stage it looks like I will achieve about the same as you.
The discount initially was on the GT Auto from $73280 to $70250 . Options Magneride and Recaro's
The Salesman has had an accident so I'm waiting until he is back on deck to finalise the contract - basically I followed your lead in aiming for less than $80k
