Randy Christian just reset the record, for a bone stock coyote motor in a 2011-14 car! With a blistering 9.53@132 with his D-1SC.

You mean record for a Procharged stock coyote motor? I know of 1 or 2 that may have gone faster with turbos, heres one...

[ame]

And I thought Ken B w/Lund went 9.33 a week or two ago in his personal twin car, stock motor...although I believe he installed oil pump gears in his.

Heres it is...go down to the Jan 31st post...

Regardless, that's Sweet!

Your post says 9.35, but the slip says 9.53...Regardless, that's Sweet!

That just has to do with weight vs. power.

Our 2011 car on just 7.5psi, went 131mph.
100% stock engine, down to the intake manifold.
100% full eight car
Manual Trans.

Our engineers car (2013) was an Auto, 100% stock down to the mufflers.
And would trap 136mph, on just 10psi.

Any of these cars, could easily trap more MPH with more boost/HP.

These are 100% stock engines, as they came from Ford.

That is truly insane. 7.5PSI and 131mph.....:eyebulge::eyebulge:

Nice job!!

How long will these stock motors last at low boost? A long time I would assume?

I would bet a long time. Ford would not warranty a Roush SC from day one if that wasn't the case.

Ford doesn't warranty Roush s/c. Roush warranties both the Roush and Ford racing s/c and it has to be purchased as an addition to s/c.

In addition, I wouldn't consider 36k miles "a long time" either.

Sorry for the poor Cell phone video, this was just one of the multiple days we were at the track doing intercooler testing. Not really a "go film the car at the track day" if you know what I mean.

100% Stock Weight (Plus Cage, Driveshaft loop, Etc)
100% Stock GT motor, down to the stock intake, just as it came from Ford
Headers and Cat back
93 Octane Pump Gas from BP (bought on the way to the track)
7.5psi of boost
Driver mod. (Just saying Jimmy can bang some gears)

This motor has literally hundreds of dyno pulls while doing blower testing, and that number would go up by 25-30 each week, about 20k in street miles, and then more bottom 11 second passes then I would care to count. Moral of the story is, motor takes a beating and keeps on going. :)

at 8psi these motors will live forever if they are maintained accordingly.
