A couple answers: a) No headers. Only the Roush Axle Back exhaust b)I believe it's a 6 rib belt/pulley. I'll check tomorrow. I let Davenport take their time with the install. They flashed the PCM with the canned tune (from Roush), did a few dyno pulls, then sent the results off to Roush...

I definitely have the thud. I tried starting off from a stop in 2nd and shifting to 4th then 5th, 6th. The thud was Way quieter. I have also noticed it only from the 1-2-3 shifts. My transmission does not whine very loud, it's only barely noticeable, and at low speed.

Bronze/Brass and Blue is a classic Subaru combination. I think it looks awesome.
