Mine got replaced the seats look great, but the dealer broke a bunch of stuff in the car.

Mine are doing this as well. I have 3,000 miles on the car and will be calling ford about the issue. This is ridiculous! It's embarrassing when a friend asks if you've spilled something on your seats because of the issue.

Do we have a Ford Rep on the site that could possibly help. Our Ford dealer in the area has a horrible reputation and doesn't like to help Americans very much. They denied a few warranty related issues on my Fusion Energi Titanium I had and I'm afraid they're going to try something with this as well. Any help would be great!

I got my girl a limited edition 50th anv car and we saw it had the same issue after only driving it a couple days. we put in a complaint with ford but have got no answer. almost half a year ago now. maybe we should readdress.

Please make an appointment with the Ford Dealer of your choice for diagnosis as soon as possible, guys. Then, PM me with your VIN, dealer, mileage, full name, and best daytime number.
