Had this about 6 weeks. Project in progress. First owner made a good start, but no suspension upgrades and the tune was terrible. Transferred the wheels from my 14 over. Currently working on the tune with Palm Beach Dyno and then it's on to suspension mods. Already gotten a start on the IRS standard from Kelly at BMR. Look forward to getting the windows tinted to 35% as well. Nothing too dark.Exhaust note is also something lacking desire. Plan on putting the factory res suitcase back on and adding AWE touring series axle backs. Should give the car a deep tone without being too obnoxious. The current Roush exhaust and X-pipe that was on the car when I bought it is just too trumpeting and raspy.

Good question. It definitely is a rare color for the Mustang. It’s far better than the Royal CrimsonIt's been a while since this thread was active. I wonder where white platinum ranks among all the S550 colors.

One year run color. I don't see many. The local Mustang Club saw mine last fall and asked what color I had custom painted my S550. I told them it was stock and they all started talking about the rarity of the one year run color. I told them i bought to drive it, not put it under glass and wipe it with a diaper. LOL!

The only year white platinum metallic was offered on the Mustang was 2017. It is a beautiful finish out in the sun.

Yeah I originally only thought Oxford White was the only White Mustangs had, especially since mine is registered to a 2016 licence plate in UK, it wasn't untill a bus decided to rub against me that the body shop explained how its a 3 stage paint job and I found it in the 2017 brochure. I love the colour and how it glistens in the light.
