New, never used as I had Lund. Think I tried to look up my car code to get a tune but never did anything else with it. New in box. $200 shipped

I may be wrong but I think they are VIN locked .
If it is , I guess you could still use it for diagnostics .

Not sure how it would be vin locked. Never used it and was new in the box. Used Lund right from the get go
