Jmeo...question for you if I could. This maybe a miner detail but, I noticed that on many other photos showing the Whipple SC installed that there is direct hose between the passenger side PCV, to the side of the Whipple just behind the TB intake.

However, on the photo of yours it does not. It appears to be a much longer hose that disappears up front towards the radiator. Is that because it goes to a remote mounted oil seperator? Please and thank you!

Yes, I am using the remote mounted UPR catch can. It is the same one I ordered before the supercharger and it will still work with the supercharger in place. Nice set up.

Thanks very much for the updated information. That is just fantastic news all the way around.

1. Any current photos of the production air box would be appreciated.

2. In regards to the warranty...I understand that Whipple of couse stands behind their work. Do you know if Ford recognize Whipple as a Certified Installer so as not to void the cars factory warranty? Or am I completely misunderstanding how the warranty works?
Production parts will be released in about 2 weeks.

The warranty we offer is a supplemental for the engine. The factory Ford warranty is still good per the Magnusson Moss Act. Only items the changes made are void, not other items. This is how all the SC warranties work.

Just got all the numbers in and submitting to CARB now, as of next week the kit will be CARB pending with an EO number and then it takes a few weeks to get the paper signed off. So it's literally weeks away.

Yes we do installs, just finished one yesterday.
We charge $1500 which includes dyno before and after and need it for 4-5 days to fit our schedule.
Well... You're certainly making it hard for me to justify waiting. :D

And, you're only a 2 hour hop down I5 from me and I've done that trip so many times in the last 10 years while helping a friend launch his gun store...

Maybe I should start explaining to the wife now about how we're going to be taking this car for a drop-off to ease any surprise...

Since I'm paying the labor cost to have billet oil pump gears and a crank sprocket do you think it will be much more to have the supercharger installed at the same time?i wanted to do the install myself but I want someone else to do the gears

Just depends on the Shop, still lots of routing of lines that need to be done. Fuel, IM removal. Nothing extremely difficult but time consuming.

Mini group buy/install? :D

Only thing that sucks about being so close is paying the sales tax hit on the kit.

Yea I'd rather do the whole install myself. At least getting the gears and sprocket done early all the other bolts should come out pretty easy lol. I'm down for a group buy except I'm doing it late June because I'm gonna take a couple days off for the install.

Ok, question.

Why does my car not have the boost/vacuum gauge in the digital screen between the gauges?

I thought this was only an ecoboost thing but someone I know with a GT has this digital gauge.

Confused,

Jaime
