What spark plugs and gaps are people running with the Whipple stage 2 kit?
Brisk or NGK plugs and one step colder is what we typically run and send with our custom packages. Gapped around .028 but .026-.030 is a good range as well.

When should you decide to replace them? I have about 16000 miles on it when I bought car used with whipple on it.

When should you decide to replace them? I have about 16000 miles on it when I bought car used with whipple on it.
They either fire or they don’t. Most will go 50K just fine. Maybe check gap at 25K.

I need to dig out the Literature, but I'm pretty sure in the instructions Whipple directs to replace plugs at like 25K intervals.

I need to look to be sure...

I did mine after 2 race seasons, just because. That, and I was going on race week and didn't want any issues. I just used the same ones the Whipple kit came with/recommends, which were NGK's.
