In another thread that I am way too lazy to search for, it was mentioned there is a two month back order due to a redesign.
Yes there is a delay on any new orders as I am victim to it with my SC order. I believe they told me they are redesigning something to do with the check valve but don't quote me. I'm waiting for it whenever they do finalize it and yes, hopefully Dustin will chime in to give us a clearer understanding.

When I first installed mine every time I would build boost the Exhaust would smoke so bad it looked like John Force just did a burnout. I pulled the lower half from the valve cover and noticed the little rubber check valve had been sucked up into the housing. Basically every time the intake started pulling from the valve cover I was sucking oil right through and burning it in the engine. I went to lowes and bought a 1/4 fender washer then stuck it down on top of the valve under the spring to keep it in the hole and haven't had anymore trouble, and the oil drains back into the engine just the way it's supposed to.
