Relay will be mounted under the fuse box.

Anybody got a pic of where the relay is? Having a similar issue...

Intercooler pump staying on, loud buzzing as well

If the pump is running with the ignition in the "OFF" position, I think the fuse tap is in a location that is not switched. If that is indeed the case, look for a fuse that is only "HOT" when the ignition is on. My pump comes on, only when the ignition is on and engine is either running or off.
