I'm having a hard time getting the harness to plug into the blue plug behind the engine. Has anyone else had this issue? I fired it up and the fans/pump didn't come on, so I think I am in the wrong blue plug. So I'm trying to swap it, and its hard to get the plug to snap all the way in.

Could you elaborate on what happened? We're the instructions clear on which plug or plugs to use? Why wouldn't the plug snap together?

I was originally in the wrong one, it's kind of hard to tell which one is the passenger one since they are on top of each other. I tried to plug into the other one and it would only go about 80% and not snap. So I put a little dielectric grease on it and it popped in. Once I fired it up the fans/pump came on this time

Ok so does that mean the pump harness plug can fit in either plug? Are the directions not clear on this or how to determine which one to use?

yeah there are two, the manual says:

Connect the supplied 2-way connector of the intercooler/fan control harness to the 2-way passenger side IMRC connector.

The 2x connector on the intercooler relay harness connects to the passengers side bank one 2x IMRC connector with the yellow/grey - green wires

but mine wires were not yellow/grey. Anyways, one plug is disabled, and one works. so if you get the wrong one your fans/pump wont come on. So swap the plugs and you should be good.

Alright thanks again for the details, must have been a pain to reach back behind the blower and switch the plugs.

the pain was getting the tape off because i taped them up pretty good. once they were free it was pretty easy. I just put a blanket down over the side of my car, stood on a stool and leaned over the super charger. there is enough room for a hand back there.

Have you made any WOT pulls? What gears, and what was traction like. Impressions on power and your expectations if you will.
