Ok so I tried to download the program and the link is DOA!? How do I get my flare tool?

We give you voucher number when you request file. Software was updated this week so new instructions are available.

All files are preloaded on server so this saves time for future installs.

I was told to buy the flare tool to recalibrate my speedo for different rear gears. I have the tool is it an option on the program or do i request a tune or whatever from whipple?
