where should coolant level be cold...my filler neck has arrow for up & down mark.....should level be at least at bottom of arrow mark cold....(whipple setup)

If you look on the filler neck, there are arrows that point to where it should be cold and hot.

I use the same Zerex G-05 and Distilled water 50/50 for the IC and the radiator. That's what my installation guide said... =)

In the instructions that came with my kit in bold letters it said it to use orange coolant in the intercooler if that is what is in the radiator.

The IC coolant level does have a mark for "cold". The best way to fill is to loosen filler neck, lift up about 4-6" and let it burp the air bubbles out.

For coolant, any coolant works. We just recommend using the same as stock so there isn't some mixing issues in the future during service, etc.

I've never had to add coolant to mine personally. Since the install, it has always been right at the marks. I check it, along with my oil and SC oil level, every 3-5 days.
