And then this comes back from Whipple.
I’ll confirm results with road testing/logging

I removed it from the car BDMACH1 you could probably do it on the car but I’m not that precise so I took it off. And just plugged it in when I went to test it. Once I got it right I bolted it back on

I made this for you..
You may need an Aussie to American translation. Not sure.
Hope it helps.

Update:
Setting the TB voltage within the “fully closed” spec supplied by Whipple has TRANSFORMED the throttle response. It’s not “on a string” but damn it’s close.
I’m off to do some skids. :headbang:

Set mine to .43 and it fixed my issues as well.
If only Whipple would include this information in the instructions...:paddle:
Seriously, it’s fairly pertinent to the perceived quality of the blower.

I agree 100% I honestly considered editing their instructions... they are fairly poor.

Just to update this:
By playing with the throttle stop, I was finally able to make ALL of the settings fall into spec.
The car drives MUCH better. No surging, instant pedal response etc etc.
If you’re having dramas with the way your Whipple drives, I STRONGLY suggest you do the tests and find out if it’s a possible cause.
Enjoy.
