Where to get this for your exhuast?

They don't look like the plugs you can buy cheap, or clips, they were actually cut into the exhaust. I'm sure he did it himself/had a body shop do it, but where can you buy them so they aren't plugs?

Personally, I think they look awesome. They're on fighter jets so maybe your car can shoot flames haha. It was cool though he did a few hard revs and the flags were getting blown around

You could pretty easily punch a hole through the bottom side of each muffler and clip anything to it, but i imagine they'd get trashed pretty quick

They are on jets to prevent things like birds from flying in and making a nest in the engine and FODing it out on start up. No purpose on a car.

These seem like something that is just going to get torn up, maybe even flap around and mess up the bumper paint.. set aside the fact that they just look silly.

You can run a drill bit through your tip and put a lanyard/clap/flag on it if that is really what you are going for, I hope nobody is actually making and selling these..
