Where are the 2022 Mustangs?

I am starting to get some recommendations in Google Chrome about the new Mustangs but still not an official word from Ford though we know orders start some time around October 11th.

So the question there is - where are the 2022 Mustangs?

I’m wondering the same thing. If the rumors are true and grabber blue is an option, then I’m ready to place my order now. But there seems to be no information anywhere on the 22 model, and my local dealer doesn’t appear to have any info either.

I’ve been paying close attention to both of those threads, but everything regarding the ‘22 mustang seems to be speculation at this point. Unless I’ve missed something, I don’t see any confirmation from Ford regarding colors or order info.

You'll start to see confirmation from Ford around the time the ordering system opens. HOWEVER, I can recall on previous years where the order banks opened yet there were no order guides! It took a week or so for those to be made available.

They are so far behind on building ordered 2021's. they should not start taking orders on '22's till the last '21's in pipeline are two weeks out from shipping, then open the flood gates for the '22's The 22's start 1-3-22 so maybe hold off on taking orders on the 22my units till dec. 1st .
At the rate they are going, a bunch of the 21my orders might end up being 22 my cars.
Isn't the factory idle this week, again.

This is the latest MY changeover I can remember. Usually the new MY production starts in late September, with the order banks having opened in June or July. But . . . COVID and chip shortage.

It's so hard to know what to do. Getting the next MY could be nice, but only if it has the features I'd like. But by then I'd be locked out of this MY
