Hang on to it until you see what the new gen looks like. Used car values will still be pretty strong when the new model is revealed.

That’s not good to hear. Mine has been “shipped” for a week now but doesn’t appear to be making any movement towards the dealer.

From the research I’ve done on this forum looking at previous people’s experience, it seems to be about 4-6 weeks from production to delivery.

I just did exactly this, and looks like my order was moved from production week of 1/17 to week of 1/10.

Does anyone know when the tracker will start working for 2022 models? I received my vin in early December, but every time I check the Ford tracker it says invalid info.

I ordered a base GT in grabber blue, and today I received the email with a scheduled production week of January 17th.

I’ve been paying close attention to both of those threads, but everything regarding the ‘22 mustang seems to be speculation at this point. Unless I’ve missed something, I don’t see any confirmation from Ford regarding colors or order info.

I’m wondering the same thing. If the rumors are true and grabber blue is an option, then I’m ready to place my order now. But there seems to be no information anywhere on the 22 model, and my local dealer doesn’t appear to have any info either.

Financially speaking, it’s probably smart to wait until the market cools down. However, if you feel the need to get something quick, then enjoy and post some pics!
