When shutting off your engine, do you hear the fan seem to be tapping something

When I pull my car in the garage and shut the engine down, I hear a tapping sound like the fan is hitting something and I have looked all around and cant see anything. Anyone else have this issue?

I noticed yesterday that my passenger side fan is squeaking after I turn off the motor. I'm going to take it in this week to get it looked at. It is pretty loud and noticeable.
