WWL system is still showing 173 Mustangs to be loaded on PARSIFAL departing for NZ and Australia Oct 29. That system is updated in realtime so hopefully that date won't change in the next 25.5 hours and the only change will be the status to LOADED ON VESSEL.
Do you know how many of the guys here are joining you on the Parsifal?
Ian.

Hi gs60wa,
How do you find out the number of Mustangs loaded on each vessel on the WWL website? My vert is a while away yet, but I'd like to keep an eye on how many cars have been shipped as the weeks (months, years!) go past, until my lucky VIN comes up.

Yes I am one of the lucky people to have my car loaded on the Parsifal (Mustang GT Ruby Red Auto)
When I receive this car in late December the car will have been on order for over 3 years, I put my name down at the local Ford Dealership, then paid the deposit in February 2015 as asked by the Dealership, I am well known to them I have brought several new cars over the years.
I have waited all my life for a RHD Mustang and it is only a month or so away (very excited)
I plan on doing some mods but just want to get the car first and then see what I may need.
I have purchased a personalized plate listed below, what do you guys think!!
Congratulations to all the people that will be the first to get their cars in New Zealand and Australia.

I note 36 only coming to New Zealand.

Cheers
Peter

Hi David. Once your VIN is "booked" on with a WWL ship you'll see on your VIN cargo ID search record that your part of the same "booking number" which Ford use for all Mustangs on that vessel and shipping date for the same port discharge. To the right it will show "quantity" which is the number of Mustangs on that shipment, again for the same port discharge. My assumption (because I haven't opened every record on a booking number) is that it will be for all Mustangs being discharged at Melbourne and therefore won't include Auckland discharged Mustangs.

Hope that makes sense and answers your question .... :)

Congrats on having your GT on the PARSIFAL Peter. For those of us who placed hard coin down just after the US announce of the global RHD program (mine was 16 December 2013) it's been a long wait. Patience is about to pay off. Not that I am competitive, but I can't wait to be the first one on the road out of my dealership in about 36 sleeps

I love the plate ... pity we can't get that creative in Australia.

Ok, thanks! That's why I couldn't see the details.
I wonder if Ford are unloading any cars at other ports in Australia - I checked 20 os so of the cars under that booking number and all are unloading in Melbourne. I wonder if different booking numbers unload at different ports. Maybe there are more than 173 cars on the PARSIFAL!
Congrats to all getting their cars on the first shipment, and I'm at least 173 closer to mine!

I don't know if any of the Australian cars are affected but the 1st batch to the UK were recalled to the port because of this.

Anything to do with this do you think? ..... they haven't actually been delivered as yet so I guess they wouldn't technically be part of a recall, parts could have been replaced at the docks.
It's here too https://media.ford.com/content/fordm...e-recall-.html

About 1900 cars built between 26th sept & 1st Oct affected.

Ford Australia are only unloading in Melbourne as they want to do their own QA process on each and every Mustang arriving into Australia. Not sure about other states but for WA they will be sent to Perth via rail after that process is completed.

Both those url's are coming up as bad links :( My GT was built in August so my fingers are crossed there are no recalls that will hold my delivery up.

Wouldn't our seat belt specs and hardware be different to conform with ADR requirements?
