I was wondering if its possible to put wheels with deep lips on them I noticed must of the new mustang wheels the lugs are almost flush with the lip of the rim looks nice but was looking for some deep looking rims don't care if they stick out a bit

No one will really know till the car is released. The s197 ran really high offsets and from the looks of the oem s550 wheels it looks like it will be similar.

If you get Bremo brakes, the wheels will need to clear them. That's what to flush rims do. Some rims are flush in the center and recessed on the edges to create the deeper lips and still clear the brakes.
