I've tried a couple of websites I've used in the past (like tirerack) to see 17" wheel choices but they don't have a way for me to filter 17" wheels in the mustang fitment (I have a 19 non-PP GT). Any suggestions or link to a post with a list (search didn't find it)? Thank you!

Maybe because there weren't any 17 inch wheel options offered for the 2018+? Try entering 2015-17 as the model year.

If I go back far enough that 17" was a factory size, then the offsets are wrong for 19. The bolt pattern has been the same since 94 so I was hoping to find a site with better filters. Right now I'm just making a list of 17s I've seen on cars (Forgestar, Race Star, Weld) and searching for them individually.

Most 2005+ wheels will fit an S550. Use those specifications. I am running the 20's off my 14 on my 17. In spite of the 14mm vice 1/2" lug size difference they fit perfectly. After all its only a .050" larger diameter. Like you I am not running a PP package. While the calipers are much larger than stock S197 calipers, the wheels clear. Just may wish to make sure that the options include clearance for the S197 track pack as my wheels did. 11-14 track specs should suit you nicely.

Seeking a 17" will limit selection obviously. Contact specific makers like Forgestar for options. Their F14 has a 17" option that works on S550's. Some deeper research at maker level will benefit you more than just trying to use a filter. Sites using filters are designed for people who have no clue on fitment and won't take the time to learn a little about it.

Offsets are different for a 19? Never heard that before. It's likely the offsets from the filter are for direct factory replacements, which are not suitable for what you want to do.
