So I am ordering a set of 20" gloss black downforce wheels from LMR. they typically come as follows:

Front
Wheel Diameter - 20"
Wheel Width - 8.5"
Backspacing - 5.78"
Offset - +27mm

Rear
Wheel Diameter - 20"
Wheel Width - 10"
Backspacing - 7.05"
Offset - +40mm

I am interested to see if I can double up on the rears and run a pair on front with the 20x10, 40mm offset or if it will sit too far outside of the fender and look silly.

I am going to be running 275/35/20s all around and will be dropped on the Eibach Pro Kit Springs.

looks good, that's what I am going with...they warned depending on the tire that it could rub. Have you seen any issues?

No it will not rub, and by the way I really like the downforce wheels almost got those in Platnum.

Well big downer guys...came home yesterday, see my wheels sitting there (obviously get excited) then I open one, look at it, "shit that's not that concave" look at the box and they sent me 20x8.5s wrong offset...crazy too considering they called me to confirm I wanted the 20x10 40mm offset, said it would take a couple extra days to get em, and then I get sent these. Sucks

LMR's webpage for the 20x10 DOWNFORCE w/ 40 offset says:

"Fitment Notice
Because of thorough testing, we DO NOT recommend running this wheel on the front of your S197 or S550 Mustang. This is because of brake clearance issues that require a lager than safe spacer to be used. Doing this can damage front end components and void any wheel related warranty."

Did you put the 20x10 w/ 40 offset DOWNFORCE wheels on the front of your S550?
