Hey, I have a quick question. It’s time for new tires so, time for new rims. I’m on Steeda Progressive’s with a 1” drop. I am thinking of going with a 275/35/20 square setup. I have read that size should fit with no rubbing. If i’m wrong here please let me know. The real question is the rim’s that I want come in a few different offsets. I’m looking at 20x10 but I am not sure what offset to get. They have a bunch from 20 up to 45. Any ideas what would look and fit the best? I definitely don’t want to do spacers if I don’t have to. TIA!

They’re not rims the’re wheels. The rim is the outside edge of the wheel.

Some of the wheels from SVE which are specifically made for Mustangs have a +35mm offset on 10" wheels. That looks pretty good and flush. If you run more negative camber you may want to go with something like +20 or +25 perhaps, but you'll definitely be safe with +35.

Higher than +35 on a 10" wheel will probably have you rub the struts/springs in the front.

Your safest bet is gonna be +35. I have 20x10 ET +35 and I added 5mm spacers to the front only to get them to sit like the rear ones. If you're adamant about not using spacers, Then the max amount of offset you could go without rubbing would be +30 and even then you might have to use a bit of negative camber. As far as tire I have 275/35/20s squared too and I wouldn't have it any other way.

+35 is best, thru +40. Depending how you like it the +40 may need a 3mm (1/8") spacer.
+30 is very slightly pokey

Sure you want 20" though?

+35 offset for the front and back? Or should I go with more offset in the rear?

They have 20”s on them now. Is it better to drop to 19”s or something?

I suggest +35 for both back and front. That way you can rotate tires easily without having worries. You can add 5mm spacers like me in the front if you wanted to get that dialed-in look.

If you don't want to use spacers and wanted to get the fitment right, then get the +30 for the fronts and +35 for the rears.

Ok another wrench. The wheels I want don’t come in a +35. I can do +38 or +33

you can run both of those so flip a coin. If you want the "flush' look the 33 is the better starting point. But if you don't like the results you have no recourse. With the 38 you can shim up to 5mm with no trouble.

What is the center bore of the wheel? Got a link?

Hub Bore on the 33 is 66.6. They are the Rohana Wheels RFX11 20x10

Man there is so much to worry about when buying wheels. Guess those wheels won’t even fit because of the hub bore. At least according to fitment industries.
