Here is an ad on eBay selling 50th AP wheels as a "rare set of only 1964 made" lol. Almost posted it up here earlier but didn't.

The 50th Appearance and LE wheels look the same to me, just different sizes- 8.5 square setup on the 50th and 9/9.5 on the LE staggered setup.

These could be LE wheels.

Even if they're only 50th appearance wheels, $1275 isn't an shockingly outrageous price either really.

Have seen both in person, these are definitely AP wheels not LE. LE are brushed aluinum, these are satin which AP wheels are.

The finish is completely different also. AP wheels are painted argent silver. LE wheels are machined face over dark grey painted background. The grey has almost a slight metallic look. And for trivia, the air fitting is placed in the large openings on the rear wheels and small opening in front wheels on the LE.
