Customer orders are supposed to be 10 as opposed to dealer stock.

Three local dealers that I interviewed all indicated I would be a priority 19 if I ordered with them.

they can be 10-19. dealer stock orders are 20 or lower.

My dealer placed it as a 10 without my asking for it. Doesn't cost them anything to do that.

The priority code iirc only applies to that dealers orders, so if the dealership orders all customer cars as 17 then they will all theoretically be built in sequence. If your dealer orders all there’s at 10 then your in the exact same boat if the dealer orders all at 19.
not sure how much weight actually goes into the 10-19 priority codes though, doesn’t seem like much at all.
