It came with the car. It weighs 15 oz. I’m hoping it will work with my MGW I just ordered because I like it.

The MGW may be M12 1.25, or you can find out exactly what it is, just buy a bolt of the same and carefully try it.

You might want to call or email MGW with a couple of questions. They're good at responding. Ask if the shifter you ordered has the same threads as the stock one, and if not, what threads will it have. If you got a flat stick it'll definitely be different. Also ask if they think a 15 oz. knob is a good idea; their answer might surprise you.

I would also recommend getting the MGW OEM adapter. It’ll give it a cleaner look instead of the knob right on top of the shift boot

Yup, that's the Billetworkz. I have that exact same knob in my car.
It comes with an adapter, you can see its screwed into the knob in your 3rd pic. Hopefully if it doesn't work as is you can simply get a different adapter to use instead
