I forgot to turn off traction control. I was pushing the car pretty hard and I got this message to show up. What is it and what does it do exactly?

I did restart the car and now it is gone so nothing seems wrong. I just want to know what it is exactly and not trust some random article on the internet.

Most likely some brake dust or dirt got on a speed sensor temporarily. Wouldn't worry about it unless it comes back.
