Do you want a conservative offset, a mostly flush offset or a hella-flush offset?

More stockish, conservative? I wouldn't mind the tire being closer to the fender but not a priority.

I run 2.25 neg camber on the street -3 on track

a 9.5" ET 30 would be flush (its basically equivalent to the common 10" ET35 as far as fit to the fenders goes).

Anything in the ET30-35 range should work really well.

If you want to be able to rotate them, you'll probably need something around 30-36mm offset. The smaller the offset, the more outward the tire will be, so depending on whether you want the tire more tucked in (higher number ET) or more flush or even some poke (lower number ET), that will determine what precise offset you would go with.

I'm wanting a stock like square rotatable setup. I don't want any poke.

Would 30 be what I want?

Yes, if you don't want any poke, stay at 30 or higher ET
